He is survived by: his wife Brenda Fields; his children, Kim, Amber, Matt (Susanne), Megan and Ryan; his grandchildren, Chloe, Jacob, Addie Grace, Anna Claire and Grant Fields; and his siblings, Marsha Fields Wilson of Ohio and Charles Fields (Diane) of Indiana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
