He is survived by: his wife Polly Darlene Derrick; his daughters, Corrie Derrick (Jason) of Knoxville and Ashley Johnson (Mathew) of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Riley, Taylor, Evelyn, Marilyn, Braylon, Harlin and Amelia Luna; his siblings, Josephine Worsham, Carolyn Neeley, Jim Derrick (Judy), Doris Reed, Jerry Derrick, Dianne Buck and Earl Derrick (Brenda); and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Hall and Vaughn Morgan, Jr. (Sabrina). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
