She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Carlyle DeArmond Jr.; her mother Mattie Mize; and her siblings, Lucy "Lou" Neubert, Mary Neubert, Fred, Clarence, Robert and Tom Mize.
She is survived by: her son Scott; her daughter-in-law Michelle DeArmond; her grandsons, Chandler DeArmond and Nolan DeArmond; and her sister-in-law Kay Mize.
A reception will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Berry Funeral Home (3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920).
