She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. J. A. Letner; her parents, Vator Thomas and Ella Thomas; her siblings, Judy Woods, Johnny and Hubert Thomas; her daughter Carla Ann Letner; her grandson Nick Elmore; and her great grandchild Tyler Beeler.
She is survived by: her children, James Edward Letner, Ella Mae Parham (Darrell) and Anna Marie Letner; her grandchildren, Christina Monday, April Elmore, Tiffany Ward (Joshua), Harley Martin (Kysha), Bridget Gonzãlez (Benjamin), Nikki Lackey (Justin), Adam Clabough (Amy), Mark Clabough, Jonathan Letner and Samuel Letner; her great grandchildren, Gabrielle, Victoria, Haley, Isabella, Landon, Amelia, Lorelai, Ava, Cooper, Greyson, Brooklyn, Bailey and Walter; her sister Anna Ruth Jones; and her close friends, Millie, Nelson and Zuleyka.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Rose Mortuary (1421 N Broadway, Knoxville, TN 37917). A procession will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (3500 Tazewell Pike, Knoxville, TN 37918).
