It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Minnie Walker Morrison (Knoxville, Tennessee), born in Lake City, Tennessee, who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Amos Walker and Pearl Hatfield Walker; and her brother Benny A Walker. She is survived by : her husband Dr. Gilbert Wayne Morrison; her children, Sandra Byrd (Victor), Cindy Darnell (Scott) and Dr. Chris Morrison (Lauren); and her grandchildren, Olivia Morrison (James), Walker Byrd, Mary Emmie Byrd, Alexia Morrison, Miles Darnell, Callaway and Elladee Woodie. She is also survived by brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be given in Minnie Morrison's name to Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
