He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer Elisabeth Newlin. He is survived by: his wife Kit Whitner Newlin; his daughters, Melissa Newlin Standifer and Katherine Rebecca Newlin; his grandsons, Brent Andrew Tucker, Caleb William Standifer and Noah Benjamin Standifer; and his great grandchildren, Judah Benjamin Tucker, Phillip Callahan Tucker and Charles Andrew Tucker.
