She is survived by: her son David Leake; her daughter-in-law Melinda Leake; her sister Patricia Leeper; her nephew Terry Leeper; her sister-in-law LaVern Leek; her nieces and nephews, Donna Shepard, Rachael Adame, Richard Adame, Steve Adame, David Adame, Michelle Pate-Alters, Jena Pate and Tina Pate; and her close friends, Mary Brackett (McGhee), Earlene Tuggle (Spoon), Sue Haggard, Jimmy and Jenny Russell.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fountain City Chapel (2829 Rennoc Rd, Knoxville, TN 37918). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Asbury Cemetery (5100 Asbury Cemetery Rd, Knoxville, TN 37914).
