She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brock and Nelle Brock; her husband Jim Lewis; her grandsons, Joseph Surber II and Billy Hucklebee; and her son-in-law Earnie Hucklebee Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Hucklebee, Jamie Lewis (Kathleen) and Jeffrey Lewis (Aida); her grandchildren, Nancy Carmichael (Cory), Justin Lewis, Isabel Lewis, Charlie and Earnie Hucklebee Jr. (Lisa); her great grandchildren, Josiah, Joshua Carmichael, Joanna, Asher Lewis, Adam, Mackenzie, Sierra Hucklebee and Alley Gregory (Charles); her brother William Brock (Leslie); and her nieces, Christen Davis and Shannon Stramel.
