He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Hopkins Duncan and Ollie Braden Duncan; and his brothers, Lee, Roy and Kyle Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Price Duncan; his children, Ray Duncan and Tisha Malenovsky (Stacy); his stepson Kevin Neely; his grandchildren, Skyler, Cody and Xander; his sister Ann Isbell (Kevin); and his nephew Justin Isbell (Annie).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Odis's memory to Friends of the Smokies, supporting the mountains he so deeply loved.
