She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Hammond and Florene Hammond; and her sister Vickie Melton. She is survived by: her children, David Powers and Lydia Yoder (Josh); her grandchildren, Bryson Powers, Tyleigh Powers, Jackson Yoder and Charlie Yoder; and her siblings, Carol Harrell and Tim Hammond (Sonya). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harvest Point Church (7419 Ball Camp Pike, Knoxville, TN 37931). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
