She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold C. Frye and Mary Evelyn Frye; her brothers, Harold C. Frye Jr. and Oscar Spears Frye; her daughter Lisa Seay Kitts; and her granddaughter Miranda.
She is survived by: her siblings, Charlie Frye (Cathy) and Mary Ward; and her daughters, Rhonda Seay Smudrick (Wayne) and Kathy Seay Green (Nay). She is also survived by six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Phyllis was a victim of the Covid pandemic and suffered greatly for four years from the lasting effects of Covid.
