He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Fuqua and Larena Fuqua; his brother Charles H. Fuqua; and his daughter Mary Beth Fuqua. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Hoskins; his daughter Julie Bales (Lloyd); his grandchildren, Rachel Hill (Chris), Aaron Bales (Erika) and Daniel Bales (Alyssa); and his great grandchildren, Jack, Beth, Hensley, Jaxton and Oliver. He is also survived by his nephew and nieces.
