He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Kandi Hernandez; his children, Angel, Thomas, Ricardo and David Hernandez; his mother Isabel Soto; his brother Moses Hernandez; and his mother-in-law Reba Caver.

The family has requested, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the funeral home to help cover expenses.
