He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha and Rufus; his siblings, Mike Dukes, Sue Hurst and Shirley Curl; his niece Brandi Dukes; and his grandson Kyle Mooney.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his daughter Erica; his son-in-law Brennan; his granddaughter Leah Mooney; his brother Bob; his sister-in-law Linda Dukes; and his brother Tom Dukes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other extended family members and friends.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life in the weeks to come, and any donations can be made in his name to the American Heart Association.
