He was predeceased by : his father Bob; his brother Gus; his brothers-in-law, Mike and Joe; and his niece Julie (Roger).

He is survived by : his friend Jim Halasi; his grandchildren, Caden Albright, Gage, Jack and Elina Battles; his children, Maseena, Damon (Jessica) and August (Crystal); his siblings, Mary (Jack), Sylvia, Alan (Jan), John (Phyllis) and Richard; his sister-in-law Susan; and his close friends, Ralph and AJ.
