He was predeceased by: his parents, Dixie Fowler Allen and Mildred Robertson Allen; and his siblings, Doris Walker, Mary Ruth Ownby and Richard Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Janene Maynard Allen; his daughter Abby Fetter; his granddaughters, Sophie and Lila Fetter; his stepdaughter Stephanie Lusby (Todd); his stepgrandchildren, Jessica and Ethan; his stepson Christopher Drummond (Kim); his stepgrandchildren, Shelby and Gavin; and his nieces, Linda Jerrolds, Dr. Janice Walker Fillmore and Emily Walker.
