He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Kelsey Baird and Roseman Johnston; his siblings, Eleanor J. Kroll (Tony), Maynard K. "Sonny" Baird Jr. (Lyle) and Jack Wesley Baird (Carol); Dorothy Baird.
He is survived by: his wife Jean DeLay Baird; his sister Anne Cashell (Ted); his son Dr. Michael Allen Baird (Cindy); his grandchildren, Bobby Baird (Kelsey), Tyler "Bullet" Baird, Brittany Reveiz (Nick) and Brooke Baird; and his great grandchildren, Reveis, Silas, Boone Baird, Zane, Zeb, Zeal and Zadie Reveiz.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ebenezer United Methodist Church Building Fund.
