He is survived by: his wife Mary "Carol" Fields; his children, Kim Dunnock (John), Bobby Fields, Tracy Parris (Tony Wilson) and Nicole Smith (Steven); his grandsons, Justin and Jacob Kirby; his children, Kayla, Chelsey Parris, Natalie, Madison, Matthew Fields and Elijah Wilson; and his siblings, Sandy Watkins, Kathy Roberts (Carl), Ruthie Garner (Bob) and Butch Fields (Sharon).
