McDougal; his sisters-in-law, Lulu Belle and Donna McDougal; and his stepdaughter Karla Allen (Groves).
He is survived by: his children, Susan Drane (McDougal) of Pennsylvania, Robert "Bobby" McDougal Jr. of Pennsylvania and Rodney McDougal (Jennifer) of Knoxville; and his stepchildren, Carma Sue Miller (Groves) and Douglas Kent Groves. He is also survived by several grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
