He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Elmore and Irma Elmore (Randolph) of Cleveland, Tennessee.; his brothers, James Elmore (Marge), William Elmore (Dolly) and Harry Elmore (Barbara); and his sister-in-law Jimmie Faye Trotter.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Greene; his children, Robert Scott Elmore (Leslie) and Lori Jill Elmore; his grandchildren, Jackson Elmore, Jameson Elmore, Caroline Cook (Joey) and Christopher Jacob; his brother Benny Elmore (Betty) of Cleveland, TN; and his close friend Jeff Longmire. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Berry Highland Memorial Funeral Home (5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Fincastle Church Cemetery (629 Old Middlesboro Hwy, LaFollette, TN 37766).
