He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Rutherford, Ricky Rutherford and Carla Cantrell (Bill); his daughters, Renee Sweeny (Ed) and Robin Smith (John); and his grandchild Tracy Kirby (Travis). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
