He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Ann Walton Tolar; his grandparents, L. B., Lola Mae Walton, Walter Louis and Helen Marie Tolar; and his uncle Louis Wayne Walton.

He is survived by: his father Willie Roy Tolar; and his brothers, Dwayne, Carl and Keith Tolar. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Walton Cemetery West Walton.
