He was predeceased by: his wives, Phyllis Kay Waters and Virginia Waters; his granddaughter Shannon Schwitters; and his siblings, Mabel Taylor, Edgar, Willard and Harlan Waters.
He is survived by: his children, Debra, Scott Waters and Jeremy Waters (Tina); his grandchildren, Stephanie Amanti, Vanessa Wacha, Hannah Waters, Zechariah and Joshua Waters; and his great grandchildren, Anthony, Wesley Schwitters, Luke, Leah, Timothy Amanti, Henry, Harvey Wacha, Makalyn, Madison and Owen Heser.
