We announce the death of Ron McEntyre (Knoxville, Tennessee), who passed away on August 6, 2026, at the age of 85. Ron will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his sister Lois; his brother-in-law Bud Harbin; his parents, Milous McEntyre and Pauline "Pat" McEntyre; and his son Robert Ryan McEntyre.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Elizabeth Davis McEntyre; his children, Christi Massengill and Michael McEntyre (Carol); and his grandchildren, Patrick Massengill, Megan Massengill (Devin), Nathan McEntyre and Marin McEntyre.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lonsdale United Methodist Church Food Pantry Fund, P.O. Box 30251, Knoxville, TN 37930.
