He is survived by: his wife Georgia Woods Kelley; his children, Erin Dowd (Joe) and Michael Carroll-Kelley (Ryan); his granddaughter Ella Katherine Smith; his brother Pat Kelley of Hampton, VA; his nephew Kevin Kelley of Virginia Beach, VA; and his niece Pamela Gatz of Newport News, VA..
