She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrie Nicely and Ulry Nicely; her husbands, Clyde Perry and Fred Evans; and her stepson Barney Evans.

She is survived by: her sons, Danny Perry and Randy Perry (Connie); her stepsons, Don Evans (Von), Tony Evans (Ginger) and Ben Evans (Annie); and her stepdaughter-in-law Debbie Evans. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, special nieces and nephews, and many special friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Ruby's Sunday School Class.
