She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl and Margaret; and her sisters, Jo (Charlie), Bertie and Lanie (Al).
She is survived by: her husband Bill Swaney; her son James Swaney (Patricia); her granddaughters, Amber Myers (Chase) and Ashley Swaney (Beau); her great grandchild Cade Myers; her siblings, Shirley (Walt), Frosty (Dennis) and Jimmy (Sandy); and her cousin Doc (Jill). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bridges Funeral Home (5430 Rutledge Pike, Knoxville, TN 37924). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Roseberry Cemetery (2920 Roseberry Rd, Mascot, TN 37806).
