Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Russell Thomas Parmer (Knoxville, Tennessee), who passed away at the age of 49, on September 19, 2021. He was predeceased by: his wife Robyn Michelle Parmer; his mother-in-law Karen Clements; his aunt Sandra Clark; his cousin Jason Clark; his grandparents, Mollie Grace, Wiley C. Emmons, Maybelle and Ralph Parmer; and his parents, Thomas Larry and Dellie Jean Parmer (Jeannie).

He is survived by: his children, Riley Thomas Parmer and Alana Jo Parmer; his brother Charles Scott Parmer; his nephew David Scott Parmer (Haley); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kholi, Brooklyn and Jaxon; his siblings-in-law, Becky and Josh Brady; his niece Hannah Brady; his father-in-law Bill Clements; his aunt Charlotte Penrod; and his cousins, Jennifer Sullivan and Jeff Penrod.

The family requests that face masks be worn to the service.

In lieu of flowers donations are appreciated to South Doyle High School Junior ROTC Program or The Wounded Warriors Project.
