He is survived by: his wife Deborah Sue Tackett; his children, Regina Tackett, Sam Tackett (Christy), Amanda Reynolds (Frank), Rebecca Mason, Jesse Tackett, Aaron Bruzzo and Noah Bruzzo (Madeline); his grandchildren, Adam White (Kristin), Andrew White (Hannah), Ben Lamarr, Deston Phillips, Katelyn Phillips, Haylee Graham, Sammy Tackett, Samantha Myers, Sara Harper (Canaan), Spencer Cole (Vanna), Josh Reynolds (Kimberly), Daphne Cheek (Alex), Jasmine Mason, Breanna Mason and Grace Marie Bruzzo; his great grandchildren, Emma, Emmett, Ellie Jo, Messiah, Marlee Jo, Evianna, Piper, Sophia, Rowan, Lily Ann, Mattie Grace and Ivory; and his siblings, Jack Tackett (Ruby), Joe Tackett (Jan), Brenda Trentham and Gwen Tackett.
