She is survived by: her mother Jewell Bolduc; her husband Carl Phillips; her daughters, Carlotta Holloway (Bubba) and April Tait (Zak); her grandchildren, Mikel McKenzie, Dakota McKenzie and Leland Cox; her great grandchild Drew Shipley; her sisters, Melissa Lawson (Alan) and Dian Jones (Glenn); and her brother-in-law Rexie Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
