She is survived by: her siblings, Jack Combs (Ann), Marshall Clay Combs (Donna Wilson), Harold David Combs and Mary Ann Combs Witt; her brother-in-law Tom Witt; her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Combs, Alisha, Chris Stanford, Matthew, Thomas Combs, Kelton and Josh Combs; and her great-nephew Brandon Whitworth.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Sunshine Industries (3000 North Central Ave. Knoxville, TN 37919) or the Cerebral Palsy Center (241 East Woodlawn Ave. Knoxville, TN 37917).
