He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankie Osborne Lively and Thurman Eugene Ramsey; and his son Mark Edward Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ramsey; his son Joey; his daughter-in-law Kristie Ramsey; his grandsons, Austin Ramsey, Cade Ramsey and Jacob Ramsey; and his brother Mike (Faye Ramsey). He is also survived by several cousins, nephews, and nieces.
