He is survived by: his great-nephew Andrew; his wife Cheryl; his children, Amanda "Amy" (Jamie) and Cody; his granddaughters, Aylee and Paisley; his brother Randy; his nephew Tim; his nieces, Krystyl and Rachel; and his great-niece Ashley.
