She is survived by: her children, Randall Shockley (Angela) and Karen Hicks (Mike); her grandsons, Wesley Hicks (Morgan) of Knoxville and Wyatt Gadd of Knoxville; her siblings, Ronnie Shockley (Becky), Judy Carter (Tracy) of Morristown, Mable Shockley of Talbott and Billie Knight (J. C.) of Jefferson City; Mitch and Tonya Parks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
