She was predeceased by: her father Dr. James Blankenship; and her significant other Charles Edward Williams Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Charles Edward Williams III and Olivia Williams Shuirr; her son-in-law Ian Shuirr; her grandchildren, Liam, Soleil and Luna; her brothers, Bruce Blankenship (Mandy) and James Blankenship; and her brother-in-law David Williams. She is also survived by many other family members, friends.
A reception will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Berry Lynnhurst Cemetery (2300 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918).
