She is survived by: her husband Barry Moore; her sons, Lynn Hall (Elana) and Danny Hall (Sally); her grandchildren, Whitney Moore, Jake Hall (Rachel), Parker Hall (Morgan) and Andrea Hall; her great grandchild Emerson; her sister Gail Dyer (Terry); her nieces, Melissa Gibson and Cathy Fox; and her close friend Wanda Foust.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Teresa's memory with a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
