He is survived by: his wife Kim Sterling Eubanks; his children, Leslie Eubanks and Stephen Eubanks (Stephanie); his uncle Charles Huskey (Wanda); his aunt Juanita Eubanks; his sister Darlene King (Allen); his cousins, David Eubanks (Gail), Darrell Eubanks (Suzanne), Dale Eubanks and Deborah Eubanks-Hammett (Phillip); and his niece Laura Boss. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
