He was predeceased by: his wife Lumjuan "Kim" Wagner; his parents, Alta Wagner and Richard Wagner; and his brother Tom Wagner. He is survived by: his children, Chan Wagner (Lisa), Tammy Bentley (Tommy) and Tonya Wagner; his grandchildren, Frank Scott III, Makayla Cushman (Brady), Morgan Wagner (Tre), Jacob McGaha and Thailei McGaha (Jose); and his brother Tim Wagner (Helen). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
