He is survived by: his wife Dewilda Harless; his daughter Dawn Spangler (Danny); his grandson Ian Adams (Nikki); his stepgrandsons, Tyler (Tyra), Spencer (Brooke) and Preston Spangler; his nieces and nephews, Brandt Weaver, Brian Harless (Kerrie), Loftyn Weaver and Debbie Harless; his siblings-in-law, Stan Ingram and Mary Ingram (Betty Harless); his close friends, Ron Tilley, Dale, Susan Buress, Penny and Dennis Wagner; and his caregivers, Pam Wright, Angie Grant, Tom, Dr. Amy Rosine and Sharon Pinkstone. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations be made to the Pat Summit foundation in Tom's name.
