He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Roark (Ben); his grandchildren, Mason, Eden and Rainn Warren; his parent Linda Holt; his brother Douglas Holt (Claudia); and his nephew Walter Holt. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and many friends and members of his church family.
