He is survived by : his mother June Johnson; his wife Darlene Johnson; his son Mike Johnson Jr. (Kathy); his stepson Kevin Teeters (Allison); his grandchildren, Naomi, Caleb Johnson, Hailey and Kendall Teeters; his sister Mary Donna San Miguel (Joe); his nephew Tyler Lee; and his brother Steve Loposser.
