He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Lamm Ungs. He is survived by: his children, Susan Ungs Rogers of Jacksonville, NC, Elizabeth Ungs Phillips of Knoxville, Andrea Ungs Costantino of Knoxville, Lisa Ungs Revenig of Chattanooga and Matthew T. Ungs of Franklin, TN.; his grandchildren, Benjamin Rogers, Patrick Rogers, Connor Rogers, Erin Phillips, Laura Phillips White, Alice Revenig Clark, Louis Revenig, Julia Revenig Keck and Iva Costantino Hill; his sons-in-law, Patrick Phillips, Victor Costantino and Michael Revenig; and his sister Caryl Willenborg of Dyersville. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (414 W Vine Ave, Knoxville, TN 37902).
