He is survived by: his wife Gwen Lucas of Knoxville; his stepdaughter Marilyn Miller of Etowah; his brother Scott Lucas (Johanna) of Nashville; his siblings-in-law, Lee Bates (Rosey) and Paula Lucas of Nashville; his nephew Jonathan Lucas (Haley) of Nashville; his aunt Betty Davidson Harris of Memphis; his uncle Harry Davidson of North Carolina; and his grandson Max Miller (Faith) of Cleveland. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces, great nieces and great-nephews.
