She was predeceased by: her husband Dillard Peel; her parents, Bryant Plemons and Nina Plemons; and her brother Troy "Buddy" Plemons. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Moore (Dave); and her grandchildren, Dylan Moore (Liz), Dawson and Ella Robinson.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home and Cremations Farragut Chapel (11915 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37934). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McMinn Memory Gardens (1739 Co Rd 560, Athens, TN 37303).
