He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Schmidt (Tom) of Knoxville, TN; his granddaughters, Andrea and Haley; his son Patrick Baker (Andrea) of Knoxville, TN; his grandson Tyler Baker (Thea); and his sister Sandi Esmon (Dwight) of Florida. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
