Wayne Rowland Obituary
Wayne Rowland, age 80, of Knoxville, TN passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024. Wayne was born in Peoria, IL on Tuesday, May 11, 1943, to Albert Rowland and Virgie Carter Rowland. Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Rowland and Virgie Rowland; seven brothers, Jewel Rowland, Fred Rowland, Larry Rowland, Danny Rowland, Arvel Rowland, Harold Rowland, and Wesley Rowland; and two sisters, Gladys Abraham and Wanda Williams. He is survived by three children, Terri Coffman (Jim), Steve Rowland, and Lori Rowland; four grandchildren, Cory Bogus, Chase Coffman, Alec Bogus, and Jake Rowland. Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Wayne's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Shriners.
