He was predeceased by: his father Jesse Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Kim; his daughters, Rachel (Wil) and Megan (Casey); his granddaughters, Aubrey, Harper and Lacy; and his mother Evelyn. He is also survived by his eight siblings, many nieces & nephews as well as friends.
