He was predeceased by: his daughter Rebecca "Becky" Diane Seagle; and his father Johnny Branceson "JB" Seagle. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Colleen Seagle; his wife Judy Quarrels Seagle; his daughter Sarah Seagle Owens; his goddaughter Laura Beth Tupper (Chase); his adoptive daughter Kathleen Sue Dachelet (Sean); his grandchildren, Robert WIlliam Owens, Kristin Rebecca Owens, Anna Marie Owens, Beckom, Sonnen Schauer and Creed Harlow Tupper; and his siblings, Thomas "Tommy" Seagle, Donald "Donny" Seagle (Norma) and Diane Roach (Mark).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to assist with final expenses.
