He is survived by: his wife Gail Carroll Womack; his daughters, Pamela Womack Helms (Chad) and Kimberly Womack Damewood (David); his stepdaughter Amy Carroll Markel (Dan); his grandchildren, Taylor Helms, Rhyan Helms, Caiden Damewood, Cassidy Damewood and Paris Markel; and his brother John Michael Womack.
