Delbert Toler and Mary Edith Gibson Toler; his grandparents, Early, Martha Ann Osborne Gibson, Thomas Riley and Mary Daniels Toler; his children, Iva Jean Toler, Billy Ray Toler II and Michael Dale Toler; his grandson Justin Aaron Toler; and his sisters, Shirley Toler Adkins, Bernice Toler and Jewell Toler.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Marie Perry Toler of Kodak, TN; his daughters, Naomia Browning (Barry) of Amherstdale, WV and Chasity Honeycutt of Kodak, TN; his grandchildren, Amanda Summerfield (David) of Charleston, WV, Marianna Liggett (Justin) of Newport, TN, Tiffany Picklesheimer (Blake) of Copperhill, TN, Avery, Parker Daniel Ray Honeycutt of Kodak, TN, Timmy Toler of Pigeon Forge, TN and Mark Toler; his great grandchildren, Christian of Charleston, WV, Andreanna of Charleston, WV, Kaiya Summerfield of Charleston, WV, Brennon, Analyssa, Raylen Jax Liggett of Newport, TN and Baileighann Toler of Pigeon Forge, TN.; and his siblings, Velena Osborne of Accoville and Jimmy Toler (Anita) of Lake, WV. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
